Estefanny Aybar

Estefanny Aybar is Dominican-American and AIDA’s Major Gifts Director, working from Los Angeles, California. She studied Political Science with minors in Business Administration and Sociology at Arcadia University, Pennsylvania. Estefanny has significant experience in philanthropy, strategic fundraising, and leadership in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She has led multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns, cultivated important partnerships with donors and companies, and managed high-performance teams in the fields of education, youth development, social impact, and international philanthropy. Throughout her career, she has raised money and promoted mission-driven initiatives to expand resources and opportunities for communities across the Americas.
