Each year, AIDA opens up its internship and volunteer program for candidates from around the world to work for our nonprofit environmental law organization in San Francisco (United States), Mexico City (Mexico) and Bogotá (Colombia).
We OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY to learn from our team, made up of lawyers and scientists specialized in the defense of human rights and the environment, as well as experienced professionals in areas such as communications and fundraising.
AIDA is an environmental law non-profit with more than 15 years of experience in using the law to defend the right to a healthy environment, primarily in Latin America. Our attorneys and other professionals, who hail from and work in the region, deliver legal expertise tailored to help communities solve their greatest environmental problems. In collaboration with communities and partner organizations throughout the Americas, AIDA advocates and litigates for environmental protection in both national and international settings.
AIDA accepts interns and volunteers with varied backgrounds: law, science and engineering, communications, business administration, and fundraising. As an intern or volunteer, YOU WILL BE OF GREAT ASSISTANCE to:
