Susana Herrera Flores

Susana Herrera Flores is Bolivian and AIDA's Internal Communication Coordinator, working from La Paz, Bolivia. She is a specialist in strategic communications and knowledge management with significant experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Her professional background includes international cooperation, multilateral organizations, governments, the private sector, and civil society. Susana graduated with honors in Social Communication Sciences from the Bolivian Catholic University. She is currently completing her master's degree in Public Policy Management (ADEN/EUNCET Business School – Spain) and in Development Project Management (Simón Bolívar Andean University). She also holds diplomas in public management, public policy, and project management from George Washington University, as well as specializations in humanitarian aid, gender, and transdisciplinary research. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to human rights, gender equality, and environmental justice.
