Andrés Pirazzoli
Andrés Pirazzoli works as part of AIDA's Climate Change Program from Santiago, Chile. He is an attorney from the University of Chile and holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Law and Natural Resources from the University of Oregon, United States. Andrés has worked with the Chilean NGO FIMA and previously supported AIDA in the development of a regional strategy to confront climate change. He led a team of experts that advised member countries of the Independent Association of Latin America and the Caribbean (AILAC) in the adoption of the Paris Agreement. He is an expert in carbon pricing instruments and international climate negotiations. His main interests are the design of legal and participatory tools for sustainable development and climate compatibility.
