Erina Batista

Attorney, Human Rights and Environment Program

Erina Batista is Brazilian and an attorney with AIDA's Human Rights and Environment Program, working from Brasilia. She is a lawyer from the Federal University of Pará (Brazil) and a specialist in agrarian law from the Federal University of Goiás. She also holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from the University of Brasilia. Erina has significant experience in socio-environmental litigation and land law of traditional communities both in civil society organizations and in the public sector in her country.
