She is a specialist in strategic communications and knowledge management with significant experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Her professional background includes international cooperation, multilateral organizations, governments, the private sector, and civil society. Susana graduated with honors in Social Communication Sciences from the Bolivian Catholic University.
